Apps like Kindle are already taking advantage of court-mandated iOS App Store changes

A federal judge ruled that Apple violated a court injunction by restricting developers' ability to use external purchasing mechanisms on its App Store. Despite complying with the injunction, Apple revised its App Review Guidelines to permit features like buttons and external links for NFTs or purchases via other platforms, as exemplified by Amazon's Kindle app now requiring purchases through its website rather than directly within the app. This change may hinder developers' third-party sales efforts.
