Instagram launches its new video editing app called Edits

Instagram has launched its video editing app, Edits, designed for creators to produce engaging content on their phones, mirroring TikTok’s CapCut features. Though still in beta, Edits offers a timeline workspace, collaboration tools, AI effects, and more creative options like fonts and music. Available on iOS and Android, it aims to keep pace with TikTok while serving as an alternative for CapCut users if TikTok is banned.
