Adam Aron’s total compensation at AMC Entertainment dropped significantly in 2024 to $11.35 million, far below his $25.4 million package from the previous year. Despite a steady base pay of $1.5 million, his stock awards—which were nearly $18 million in value last year—fell to $5.4 million. Additionally, non-equity incentives like cash bonuses decreased from $6 million to $4.38 million as part of his employment agreement.
