System failure hits Sumitomo Mitsui ATMs

A system failure has halted ATM access at several branches across the Kansai region, with the outages starting around 1:20 a.m. ATMs and online banking services are currently unavailable at around 50 branches in prefectures like Hyogo and Osaka.
