The film, shot in plain sight without elaborate effects, relies on its actors' performances and raw emotion to capture the gritty, underdog story of a low-budget boxing drama. Surprisingly, it turns out to be a thrilling sports/crime thriller with an impressive twist, all while staying true to its budget-friendly roots.
