Apple says 82% of compatible iPhones are running iOS 18

Apple reports solid momentum with more than 82% of compatible iPhones now running its latest OS, an increase from 68% a year ago. The company revealed iOS 18 during WWDC 2024, rolling it out starting in September 2024 for newer models and earlier for other iPhone generations. Additionally, over 71% of iPads are now on iPadOS 18, up from previous figures.
