Man falls to his death from Osaka condo, killing cyclist below

Two men died Monday morning in Osaka as a man fell from a high-rise condominium and struck a cyclist below him, authorities said. The 70-year-old who fell lived on the 43rd floor without shoes, and both he and the cyclist were pronounced dead after being rushed to the hospital. The cyclist is believed to be from Ichihara, Chiba Prefecture.
