Naked man’s rampage in Saitama linked to one fatality and 10 injured

A 48-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly tampering with a cram school while naked, following a disturbing rash of violent incidents within minutes in Saitama Prefecture. Authorities believe he may have committed around 20 acts, including a fatal hit-and-run and multiple assaults, leaving at least 10 people injured.
