Russia Launches Broad Assault on Kyiv and Other Cities in Ukraine

Explosions shook Kyiv on Friday morning as Russian forces launched ballistic missiles, cruise missiles, and drones across the city and other areas, injuring at least three people in the capital. Ukrainian authorities are urging residents to stay alert as the scale of the attack continues to unfold. In recent weeks, Russia has been hitting Ukraine with over 1,000 drones weekly, including more than 300 on a single night last week.
