An Elden Ring movie, directed by Alex Garland, is in the works

Elden Ring rumors have sparked excitement as Bandai Namco and A24 announce plans for a live-action movie directed by Alex Garland. Hidetaka Miyazaki, known for FromSoftware's games like *Dark Souls* and *Bloodborne*, directs the project, while J.K. Rowling's *A Song of Ice and Fire* author Martin contributed to the game's lore. The movie hasn't yet tied any stars or set a release date, but fans can look forward to the co-op survival expansion on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S starting May 30.
