Etsy is selling online music gear marketplace Reverb

Etsy's $275 million purchase of Reverb, an online marketplace for musical instruments, was finalized this week after a six-year ownership deal. The acquisition doesn’t involve a merger; Reverb will remain independently operated by its previous owners.
