EA is bringing employees back to the office three days per week

EA announced a new hybrid work model, requiring employees to return to office premises for at least three days each week as part of a broader shift toward reducing remote hiring. Employees within a 30-mile radius of an EA location will transition to a hybrid setup, while those outside this radius could remain remote unless assigned to an "onsite" or "hybrid" role. The company also clarified that its controversial "offsite local" model will be phased out within the next six to twenty-four months, with CEO approval required for any future remote hires beyond that timeframe.
