Kia reveals pricing for its first electric PV5 van with UK preorders

Kia has launched its all-electric PV5 Passenger Electric Van in the UK at a starting price of £32,995 ($44,000). Preorders will open on May 1st, with initial deliveries scheduled for late 2025. The van offers two trims: Essential and Plus, with the latter including features like alloy wheels, heated seats, and a heat pump. It comes with either a standard 149-mile or optional long-range 249-mile range battery. The PV5 is part of Kia’s PBV lineup, which allows for modular body configurations as minivans, vans, or trucks, with further models like the PV7 (2027) and PV9 (2029) set to follow.
