‘Fire Country’ Spinoff ‘Sheriff Country’ Casts ‘CSI: Vegas’ Star Matt Lauria

Matt Lauria has joined "Sheriff Country," CBS' spinoff of "Fire Country," where he'll star as a sheriff alongsideMorena Baccarin, previously leading the series. The show follows Baccarin's character, a stepsister of Cal Fire's division chief, who investigates criminal activity in Edgewater while dealing with her ex-con father and a mysterious incident involving her wayward daughter.
