Netflix to Stream Alfred Hitchcock Film Collection

Netflix is set to launch a curated collection of Alfred Hitchcock classics on its U.S. streaming service starting June 1, including iconic films like *Vertigo*, *Psycho*, and *Frenzy*. Concurrently, the company will host the Paris Theater in New York City for an exclusive series of over 50 Hitchcock films, many shot in historic 35mm format, from May 16 through June 29. Despite CEO Ted Sarandos' belief that the movie-theater business is outdated, Netflix acquired the historic venue to preserve the unique "theater experience."
