The designer of Kiki Iriafen's WNBA draft night dress, Nneka C. Alexander, has seen an increase in business since the dress went viral. People have been reaching out for custom pieces similar to Iriafen's. The dress was created to honor Iriafen's Nigerian heritage and took just three sketches to finalize. Alexander herself put the dress on Iriafen during the draft night in Manhattan, where Iriafen was selected fourth overall by Washington Mystics.
