Activision is abandoning Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile

Activision announced the end of updates and removal of Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile from Google Play and App Store, offering players until today to download the last version. The game failed to meet expectations with mobile audiences after a long development delay, which included poor optimization and battery issues. While existing players could still access the game via cross-progression by May 19, 2025, Activision also incentivized migration to its other titles with rewards but noted that unused points couldn't be refunded.
