Samsung’s One UI 8 beta arrives on Galaxy S25 phones

Samsung has launched a beta version of its enhanced One UI 8 operating system on select Galaxy devices like the S25, Plus, and Ultra models, though notably skipping the new S25 Edge. The update features AI-driven improvements such as multimodal capabilities and personalization tools, with speed enhancements for AI functions like AI Select. It also introduces a split-screen app mode inspired by OnePlus multitasking tools, an updated Reminder function, a simplified Quick Share interface, and support for Auracast accessibility. Available via the Samsung Members app, One UI 8 is set to expand this summer with new foldable and flip devices like the Z Fold 7 and Flip 7.
