Brisbane woman allegedly killed husband hours after he chose to delay assisted dying decision, judge hears

Kylie Ellina Truswell-Mobbs, a woman who allegedly murdered her terminally ill partner after he delayed making end-of-life decisions at a palliative care meeting, has been arrested over a year after his death in Brisbane. During the hearing, it was revealed that Truswell-Mobbs attempted to administer lethal drugs through her partner's feeding tube within hours of their shared discussion about terminal care options. Her defense argued that she had no criminal history and was unaware she was under investigation. The case is scheduled for a magistrates' court hearing on 28 April.
