Dillon Mitchell latest to transfer to St. John's

Dillon Mitchell, a highly recruited forward from Cincinnati, has committed to St. John's, joining a group of elite transfers under Rick Pitino that includes Ian Jackson, Bryce Hopkins, Joson Sanon, and Oziyah Sellers. The 6-foot-8 forward averaged nearly 10 points and 7 rebounds per game as a Bearcat, showcasing his scoring ability and defensive contributions. His addition alongside Mitchell's versatility and athleticism could significantly bolster St. John's rotation, offering the Red Storm flexibility to play either a power forward or small-ball center role. With this transfer, St. John's is poised to be a stronger contender in the upcoming season.
