NLWeb is Microsoft’s project to bring more chatbots to web pages

Microsoft is introducing a new open-source project called NLWeb, designed to simplify building AI-powered chatbots on web sites. It enables users to create conversational interfaces with minimal code, using their chosen AI model and personal data. We believe NLWeb could become as fundamental to web interactions as HTML does, streamlining access for brands and users alike. This initiative has its roots in tech from OpenAI, which previously explored similar concepts but faced challenges during development.
