Where Were Big Tech’s CEOs on Tariffs?

The tech industry has been largely silent on Trump's recent reciprocal tariffs, despite suffering significant market value losses. CEOs like Bezos, Cook, Pichai, and Zuckerberg have not publicly opposed the tariffs due to the unpredictable political climate. Instead, they are lobbying privately for exemptions beneficial to their companies. Organizations such as Business Roundtable and some bankers/investors are speaking out against the tariffs. A few exceptions include Amazon's Andy Jassy acknowledging potential consumer cost increases and Microsoft’s Satya Nadella discussing economic disruptions caused by tariffs.
