Intel’s chief commercial officer and sales lead, Christoph Schell, resigns

Christoph Schell, Intel’s EVP and chief commercial officer, is departing after two years in the role, effective June 30, citing a new career opportunity. Greg Ernst will serve as interim CVP of sales and marketing, while Intel continues to undergo significant transformation under CEO Lip-Bu Tan, including spinning off noncore units, divesting its Altera semiconductor business, and restructuring its executive leadership.
