Perched on Mulholland Drive, the 4,599-square-foot property sits on a massive 33,155-square-foot lot, featuring jaw-dropping city views and over-the-top upgrades like a private gym, gourmet kitchen, exposed beams, and a stylish outdoor entertaining area. Evans reportedly trained there before taking up his Captain America role full-time. The sale marks the actor's exit from the property after he moved to be closer to his family on the East Coast.
