Switch 2 will add a rewind function to its online N64 games

June 5th marks an exciting release for Nintendo fans, as Switch Online brings new features to N64 games on the Switch 2, including a handy rewind option that lets players backtrack from mistakes to try again. The CRT filter adds a retro visual touch by giving games an old TV look with pixelated textures, also exclusive to the Switch 2. Meanwhile, players who own older Switch consoles will only get basic controller button mapping updates, allowing them to tweak input controls for easier play.
