The developers behind Overwatch have unionized

Overwatch's development team has successfully formed a union under the Communications Workers of America (CWA), joining nearly 200 coders across various roles. This marks a significant step for gaming workers nationwide seeking better job protections, as seen by last year’s unionization of World of Warcraft and Activision's Q&A workers preceding that. CWA reports overwhelming support from employees, with most expressing interest in union representation.
