After a high-profile site crash tied to ticket sales for Taylor Swift, Ticketmaster has faced intense scrutiny, including an antitrust lawsuit filed last year by the DOJ and its parent company, LiveNation, over what they claim is illegal monopoly control pushing up prices. The agencies plan to use comments submitted through Regulations.gov until July 7 to inform their recommendations on how to enforce competition laws in the live ticketing sector.
