Japan taxi driver suspected of raping 50 women, reports say

Japanese police have arrested a former taxi driver on suspicion of drugging and raping multiple women, with media reports indicating there could be dozens more victims. Authorities found 3,000 videos and images implicating him in sexual assaults against around 50 women over the past two decades. The suspect, a 54-year-old man, has been linked to similar cases, including drugging another woman and robbing her of ¥40,000 before being released and later arrested again for alleged indecent assault. Media reports suggest he has targeted multiple victims in recent years as well.
