Dry spring weather to make way for rain in parts of Europe

Meanwhile, the polar jet stream will intensify, leading to strong winds and storm systems across parts of Africa, including South Africa, Mozambique, and Madagascar, where cold temperatures and heavy rain are expected due to unstable air masses and extreme weather conditions.
