U.N. humanitarian chief slams Gaza aid plan Israel proposed and U.S. backs

The UN aid chief Tom Fletcher criticized an Israel-U.S.-backed humanitarian aid plan for Gaza as a "fig leaf" hiding further violence and displacement, with no aid reaching the enclave since March 2 and nearly half a million people at risk of starvation.
