ServiceNow acquires Data.World months after snatching up Moveworks

ServiceNow announced its second AI-related acquisition this year, finalizing the purchase of Data.World—a cloud-native data catalog and governance platform—to enhance its customers' ability to make data "AI-ready." The deal underscores ServiceNow's strategy to integrate advanced data management tools into its platform, supporting greater AI deployment. Previously, in March, ServiceNow acquired Moveworks for $2.85 billion, further expanding its capabilities in enterprise automation and AI.
